Cold Dip for Refuge

Cold water dipping is something I already practise, and for me it’s an empowering ritual. It’s about meeting discomfort with presence, courage, and self-trust. Qualities that feel deeply aligned with supporting women who are reclaiming safety, strength, and autonomy 👊🏻

I have personal ties to domestic abuse and know how vital it is that charities like Refuge exist. Safe spaces, advocacy, and compassionate support can be life-changing, and often life-saving.💫

On any given day, Refuge supports thousands of women and their children escaping domestic abuse. Even £10 can help provide essential support for a woman arriving at a refuge for her first night. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference.
